The paper presents a synthesis of strategies, benefits, and barriers in the integration management systems (IMS) implementation at organizational level. research is based on an assessment 103 papers, 7 books, 12 standards, sites. analysis works aims to highlight common models several IMS, aspects related IMS implementation, benefits implementations, nature strategies. results present valuable information which can be used by top managers organizations, certification bodies, consulting organizations encourage integrated systems.
